For me, the squiggly line in this image indicates:

 There is no train service between these two stations, but instead a bus servcie is provided.
 The train runs slowly between these two stations.
 This walking path is currently closed.
 We are uncertain if the service is currently running between Ivry sur-Seine and Les Ardoines.
 Crooked or unsmooth train tracks.
 The drawing was incomplete and this line was added by a person in free hand.
 An unintended printing mistake.
